The product is great it is my second one as I ordered a Kickstarter original one, but the button broke when I dropped it in the show and it was stuck in one mode but still worked. I ordered a replacement shower head as that was a promotion just before Christmas 2021, it was a little more then I wanted to spend but I wanted the rain shower option again so I proceeded, to my surprise I received an email from DHL asking for import duties and taxes that was also 40% of the purchase prices. It would be best if CIRRUS worked with a shipper that could calculate all the shipping / duties / taxes on the web store and at checkout they would know all the included costs, so that customers are not surprised with an additional amount to pay after there initial purchase. I stress I do enjoy the product hence 4 star rating it would be 5 star if it had arrived at my door for the original purchase price.

United StatesDefective shower head and terrible customer service
I told Cirrus cistomer service that the shower head was leaking from inside of the casing. That means it's defective. They required me to pay another $20 for a new head to be shipped out. I stated that I should not have to pay for something that was sent to me defective so I will take a full refund (second purchase, first also had a defective mineral case twice). I had let them know 12 days after I received the shower head, and one day after it was opened, that it was defective. During the conversation it passed the 14 day mark and then they told me that there cannot be any refund given. These people are thieves and I have terrible customer service... do not buy this product. If it is defective you will pay shipping twice.
AustraliaDisappointing, poor design of filter housing
I had to try for half hour just to screw the cover on the filter housing, without water running out from the bottom. I only tried the redesigned cover while the filter housing was laying on the table, and it worked, but when I put it on my shower outlet, and it's now vertical, the filter kept falling out. Poorly designed, the latches need to be much longer so the filter stays in place and doesn't fall out when trying to put the lid on.
