The Cirrus Set can be installed in any bathroom. All the elements have universal and standard dimensions. Please refer to the above question for the precise dimensions.

The shower head can be screwed by hand to any shower hose. The Water Purifier & Aromatherapy Infuser comes with a spanner (included in the box) to ensure the fixation of the device to your shower mixer.

A large proportion of limescale and other impurities is already removed by the Cirrus filter. On top of this, the increased water pressure created by Cirrus' water atomization technology prevents limescale buildup in the nozzles.

If ever you still had to clean your Cirrus shower head, you can simply use white vinegar, just like with a regular shower head.

Cirrus does not need a minimum water pressure, but you will find your shower experience more enjoyable with a water pressure of at least 1 bar (1kg). The vast majority of bathroom water outlets around the world have a pressure of 3 to 4 bar.

There are 2 types of water heaters. Those with a tank, and those without.

For water heaters with a tank, the water will always come out hot, no matter how small or how big the water flow rate.

Tankless water heaters must be able to sense water flow in order to initiate operation. Most models will operate with flow rates as low as 0.5 gallon (1.9 liter) per minute, which only happens if you turn on your faucet by just a little bit.

The smallest water flow rate that Cirrus can produce ranges between 5.8 and 7.7 liter per minute (depending on the building's water pressure), which is sufficient to activate tankless water heaters.

If you encounter issues with temperature fluctuations while showering, the minimum flow requirement is probably not being received. The solution is to lower the temperature of the water heater to minimize the amount of cold water being introduced through the shower head.

You have 14 days after receiving your Cirrus product if you decide to return it. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and item must be unopened and in new condition. Please email us your order number and return tracking number. Allow two weeks to process your return for 100% of the product price.

All Cirrus products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty is valid under responsible use and does not apply to damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse and normal wear and tear. Cirrus products sold by unauthorised retailers are not covered by the warranty.
