The Cirrus Warranty

Cirrus is set out to change the world and our team has invested heavily on quality to make sure it happens.

All Cirrus products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty is valid under responsible use and does not apply to damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse and normal wear and tear. Cirrus products sold by unauthorised retailers are not covered by the warranty.

If you found that your Cirrus shower or accessories have any manufacturing defects or malfunction, you may contact us at help@only-hits.com and we will repair or replace it for free. Customers will be solely responsible for all shipping fees for returning their device for warranty purposes.
